Once enrolled, you’ll learn some highly valuable approaches and techniques for managing and directing others. These resources come at a cost, but it is often possible to take out a student loan with a private lender for this purpose. The loan can then be refinanced to save money off your monthly expenses or to help you build funds in preparation for opening your own business.
Watch and Analyze Other Leaders
Consider the leadership you see in action every day. Think of your boss – if you have one – or previous employers and managers you have worked with. Where was their management style effective? Where did it fall short? Be sure to take note of their good and bad sides in order to develop your own approach.
