Welcome to Hillbilly Hell

Halloween is creeping closer, as evidenced by the growing number of ghoulish sites rising around town.

Among the most frightful spectacles this Halloween season is sure to be James and Tracee Brown's yard at 319 W. Swan St. in Shawano. The yard is filled with handcrafted skeletons, clowns and countless other terrors, in what James dubbed "Hillbilly Hell."

Add lights, music and actors with chainsaws on Halloween, and James will have created the closest thing he can think of to a Halloween nirvana.
