Ethan Wesolowski paced Wittenberg-Birnamwood with 16 points, while Kody Szews scored 14.

Mike Gibson provided 10 points, and Trevor Linke chipped in seven.

The Mustangs could not hang with Northeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschool in nonconference action Saturday.

Cody Clegg scored 17 points to lead Marion, while Jared Krueger had 13 points and seven rebounds. Dhonivan Haas recorded 11 points.

The Hawks could not keep pace with the Phantoms in the second half of a Bay Conference matchup Friday.

Nick Sherman erupted for 31 points for Shawano, which was outscored 45-35 in the second half. Carter Weisnicht added 16 points.

Ethan Schwitzer chipped in eight points for the Hawks, while Cody Nahwahquaw had seven.

The Bears could not hold a slim halftime lead against the Thunderbirds in Central Wisconsin Conference-East Division action Friday.

Parker Bohm scored 19 points to pace Bonduel in the loss. Cole Letter added 17 points, while Isaac Garside had 10.

Bonduel was outscored 36-31 in the second half.

The Eagles came up just short of pulling a CWC-East upset of Shiocton on Friday.

Norman Kakwitch led the charge for Menominee Indian on the night, scoring 29 points. Menom Powless added 14 points.

Kyle Lyons tallied eight points for the Eagles, while Tiger Dixon had seven.

The Chargers avenged a loss from earlier in the conference season, easing past Weyauwega-Fremont on Friday in CWC-East play.

Five Chargers scored in double figures, led by Ethan Wesolowski’s 18 points. Shane Herb added 15 points, while Mike Gibson tallied 13. Brendan Resch and Austin Gibson each chipped in 10 points.

Mike Gibson also pulled down 15 rebounds, dished out five assists and had six steals. Kody Szews grabbed nine rebounds, while Wesolowski and Simon Stewart each had four assists.

The Truckers eased past Fox Valley Lutheran in North Eastern Conference action Friday.

Samuel Wittman scored 23 points to lead Clintonville, while Aiden Polzin chipped in 15. Sean Finger tallied seven points.

Clintonville led 38-21 at halftime.

The Wildcats could not keep pace with the Eagles in a CWC crossover clash Friday.

Lyle Welch and Raven Bennett each connected on three 3-pointers while scoring 11 points for Gresham. Justice Paiser and Nathanial Juga each scored six points.

The Mustangs outscored the Tigers by 13 in the first half before holding on late for a CWC-North win Friday.

Dhonivan Haas scored 19 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out five assists for Marion. Cody Clegg and Ethan Scheef provided 13 and 11 points, respectively.

Steven Parrott led Tigerton by scoring 16 points and pulling down 13 rebounds. Izaiah Hidde and Allen Jobe each provided 12 points.

The Panthers fell short in a CWC-North matchup with Wisconsin Valley Lutheran on Friday.

Bowler was outscored 34-21 in the second half after trailing the Wolves by just four points at halftime.

The Bears saw their 14-game winning streak snapped in a tight CWC-East loss to the Falcons on Monday.

Kara Troxel scored 19 points for Bonduel, while Kylie Guenther and Jessie LaBerge added 11 and 10 points, respectively. Breanna Schnell grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.

Bonduel led 26-12 in the first half but was only ahead by six points at halftime. Amherst took the lead with six minutes left in the game and did not trail after that.

“We shot the ball really well tonight but struggled to keep Amherst off the offensive boards,” Bonduel coach Jerry Reinke said. “I was proud of the way our kids played tonight — Amherst just made a couple more plays than we did.”

The Truckers fended off the Comets in a NEC clash Monday.

Lindsy Carpenter led the way for Clintonville, scoring 17 points. Lizzy Weatherwax added 12 points, while Elly Arndt chipped in nine.

Weatherwax led the team with seven rebounds, while Arndt, Chelsey Birling and Erin Viergutz each grabbed six boards.

Olivia Curley scored 14 points and had three steals for Wittenberg-Birnamwood. Emma Herb contributed 15 points and had three steals.

Abi Fraaza grabbed eight rebounds. She also dished out four assists and blocked two shots.

Abi Fraaza posted a double-double, scoring 16 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, to lead Wittenberg-Birnamwood.

Olivia Curley scored 12 points for the Chargers, while Emma Herb scored nine points and led the team with four steals. Curley, Chloe King and Erica Wendler each had three steals.

Valarie Cerveny scored 15 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for Gresham. Destiny Reindl totaled 18 points and six rebounds.

Bridget Bazile tallied 20 points to pace Marion. Tesse Brei contributed 10 points, while Eden Brennan scored seven. Brei also grabbed 11 rebounds, while Kyla Zillmer pulled down eight.

Erin Viergutz scored 12 points for Clintonville, while Elly Arndt added eight.

Viergutz also led the team with 10 rebounds. Jordan Lehman grabbed seven boards.

No Clintonville/Marion wrestlers advance

Clintonville/Marion earned 36 points to place sixth as a team at the Division 2 Marinette Regional on Saturday. The co-op did not advance any wrestlers on to sectionals.

Matthew Skowronski (152) led the co-op with a third-place finish. Hunter Allender (145) came in fourth, while Levi Engel (220) placed fifth.
